Wow! What can i say we had our grandsons birthday partyb here for 15 today.To say the staff went above and beyond is a understatement. Me (Nannar ) only forgot the magnificent birthday cake his mum had specially made for him 🥲 i put it down to age🥲 we asked the staff if they could help in anyway??boy did they do us proud they actually went out brought a birthday cake put 12 candles on. Not only can we not thank you enough for the exceptional service the food, atmosphere and brilliant interaction with the children. You saved the day Thank you so much we will certainly be back ❤️

Excellent experience, great food as always from Zizzi but this one tasted that much better. Service was ace from the moment we walked into a busy restaurant. Very attentive staff all round. Sharan was a star as our server, but credit to the whole team tonight!

Ordered take away ‘meat lovers’ pizza.
Pizza was great size and yum toppings.
However there was a sparse amount of tomato base and cheese, particularly around the outside of pizza.

After Theatre Birthday meal. The service and attention to needs was excellent.
Empty plates supported the hot tasty fayre, the only downside on a cold day was the room temperature close the the steps down to the lowrr floor was cool and draughty.
The staff were very responsive and offered hot drinks as a remedy.

Not usually one to complain but I was a bit disappointed with the Beef Brisket. The portion size was very small and the dish was around 80% potatoes and onions and the rest was the brisket. Other than that, service and ambience were great.

Food came our really quick, had the lentil ragusa and it was so flavourful and was pleasantly surprised to find its vegan, you couldn't tell! Our waitress (Ellen) was really sweet and chatty, she deserves a raise! Or at least the full amount of tips that we gave her :)

We came for a pre theatre meal. We didn't pre book, but this wasn't a problem. Our waiter Nicholas was very friendly, helpful and engaging. Food was cooked fresh and didn't take long to arrive at the table.

Super speedy service and very friendly wait staff. Didn't book in advance but it was a very big venue and reasonably busy on a Thursday. Had a sharer starter which was tasty - very fresh tomatoes! Both opted for the special calzone which was nice! Blue light discount for 30% and used our One4All cards so a great free meal for us!
